Hello all,
I just got back from a very good trip to the St.Clair lake from Turtle Creek on Erie. We caught about 25 Small mouth Bass over at the Sand Bar by Michelle Bay and Stayed the night on the boat and then we came back Sunday afternoon and when we came out of the Detroit river about 4 miles west of that we came across alot of boats walleye fishing, so we stopped and started to drift with worm harnesses and we caught 17 nice size walleye. Monday mornin we went out about 5 miles north of west sister and there were a lot of boats there and we did see a few being dipped but we got scunked. The water was flat and no wind. It seemed that the trollers were doing better than the drifters. I still havent figured out the trolling yet. I will say that in this area i marked moer and better size fish that we have in a long time.
