We've been picking at em...all over the place best method is goin out very very early 5am and setting up in about 40' of water. And begin trolling with your planer boards and deep diving plugs working an area...Bomber long A's, Power Dive Minnows and Reef Runners have been producing in Purple, Perch, Fire Tiger, Trout, all kinds of colors have been good...You just have to find an area where u pick up a fish and run over it a few times...
Early on in the season you can find walleyes very shallow...dont be afraid to try shallower depths like 25'...
The fish will be scattered, but my advice would be to go north out of walnut until you get in the depth you want and however the wind is go with it (east or west hopefully)...You probaly are not goin to limit out at this time of year, but ull pick up a few....
