WAS IT ONLY IN MY DREAMS????

GOT IN A REALLY HEATED DEBATE OVER THE WEEK-END. SEEMS THAT I REMEMBER A PRODUCT THAT WAS PRODUCED 10 OR MORE YEARS AGO, THAT WAS A RUBBER WORM OR GRUB. WHAT MADE THIS ITEM SO UNIQUE WAS THAT IT WAS MOLDED WITH A PIECE OF VELCRO OR PERHAPS HAD A PIECE ATTACHED, WITH THE IDEA THAT A FISH COULDN'T RELEASE IT AS FAST, THEREFORE THE FISHERMAN HAD MORE TIME TO SET THE HOOK.
DOES ANYONE BESIDES ME REMEMBER SUCH A PRODUCT, WHO MADE IT, OR WHEN??? I'LL BE A LAUGHING STOCK UNTIL I CAN PROVE IT WASN'T TRULY "IN MY DREAMS"! THANKS "HENK"

I remember the product you are talking about.

I believe it was intended to keep bass on the line while 'Texas Rig' plastic worm fishing.

Never used it, but I recall it.

That is correct: culpet worms are what you are after,you are not the only one to use them,I have tryed them and thought they worked very well, but like everything else, they work so we will quit making them,(go figure). Another case in point, Heddon 433 sonars, killer bait for eyes, best bait i have used to date, but just try to find them, company quit making them 5 years ago but very hard to find anywhere,,if you find them,hold on to them or buy a good bait retreaver. ... thats all from here DR.LUND
