A fisherman is a lazy bad boy grown up. Any of you guys fit this desription?
Hey, elkman, you obviously don't know what a fisherman really is so I think I'll tell you. A fisherman (and we will go with man on this :-)) is an outdoors lover who likes a little adventure and mystery in his life. He is a very patient man but a persistent one in his pursuits. He loves the challenge of pursuing that which he can't see and which he cannot make obey his wishes. He's a gambler that seeks out his almost invisible quarry, and teasingly entices it to take his bait. For the most part, fishermen are gentle men who seek peace and soothing solitude from a crazy world on the water. How would I know? I was born the daughter of one, the sister of one, and I became the wife of one, and the mother of two of them. Oh yeah, and then there are all these lazy bad boys that hang around here that I call my friends... :-)

I like the one that someone posted the other day. A fisherman is a guy that wants to relax so he goes to the river since the wife won;t let him do it at home...or something like that.. ;-)
Ness' is much more inspiring!

I pretty much fit elkman's description, except maybe the grown up part.

What is a fisherman? A fisherman is the most skillful of all who those who pursue wild game. A fisherman is a true sportsman who can sneak up and capture an animal that he/she can't even see. TGG
Do the fisherman lure the fish? Or does the fish lure the fisherman? :-)

don't fit that discription but the wife has always said that walleye fishing is a sickness. I hope they never find a cure if it is.

Just another person trying to get a rise out of this posting board.
I THINK A FISHER PERSON (MALE OR FEMALE) IS SOME ONE THAT IS AT PEACE WITH ONE SELF AND NATURE. BUT IV'E ALSO HEARD IT'S A JERK WAITING FOR A JERK.
