Where are they bit'in , and what are they bit'in on? I'm taking next week off and plan to spend several days on the water. Went out last week and caouht everything but walleye.

propkiller - i do not know of a hot bite but i can tell you that i have had some luck south of sugar island about 1/2 mile south of red cone shaped bouy with a 2 on it there's an area that has 14- 16 fow. i have picked up my limit there on crawler harnesses (firetiger color w/ 1 to 1 1/2 ounce bottom bouncers)some days in 3 hours and some days 8 hours drifting. keep the weeds off and make sure that your crawlers stay big and fat (keep them cold )i could get my limit there everyday if i have the time. most fish are 18-20 inches. also pick up some small mouth there so it keeps it fun.
