So when do we start fishing HPD??? Are the docks/boats still in? Tom, when is the earliest you started(water temp. still very warm - I know. Will be changing the boat from Pymie mode to HPD mode. I hear the 13th street ramp is chained. Someone said this last year and it was opened. Bring on some cold weather!!

i,m not sure whats going on there yet, as soon as i find anything out i,ll let ya know, and if anyone wants a permit for the launch as soon as Al calls me and tells me they are ready i,ll let ya know.
