Any white bass action yet on Waconda? Crappie? Any action at all? Plannin on goin there for the weekend.

I have heard that they are picking up a few wlleye trolling over by the Cawker Causeway! That is all I have heard from the guys I know that go there! We fished Kirwin and Webster this past weekend! No walleye, just a few drum, some crappie, white bass, and some largemouth bass!

Walleye 4 and Skeemin I have a non fishing related question for you guys. How are the quail and pheasants doing this year? Any sucess on the hatch? We have been hunting the Hayes to Stockton area and skipped last year due to the lack of birds. Thanks

To be honest, I haven't paid much attention to the hunting forecast. The Kansas dept. of wildlife posts info at www.kdwp.state.ks.us

We traveled that area last Sat. My mom lives in Russell! We seen a few birds on the way to Kirwin and some by Webster! Webster is 9 miles west of Stockton! My buddy who lives down there says he has been seeing more than usual!
Hopefully this is a sign of a good change!!
