Heading there on Thursday. Does anyone have info on the current conditions, water temps, depths, etc?

I got back from Vermilion 3 weeks ago so it is not as current of a report as you need but it was my first trip there.
Early Sept days were still in the 70s as was water temp (72F). We fished the east end of the lake. Eyes were in 12-18' water. We backtrolled crawlers as did most the guides we talked to.
Dont know if you have been there before but lake is well marked and easy to navigate, had the FHS map and GPS (unlike some remote lakes).
It seems the eyes are on the small side but enough of them. We talked to DNR guys and they said the same thing.
Everyone said Oct/Nov for bigger eyes so good luck
