Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. It's coooooold here in Montana tonight. Low temps in the single digits. In October? At this rate, we'll be ice fishing by Thanksgiving.

thats ok, because i'll make the trip back up there for ice fishing on the big lake that much sooner, can't wait to see those big eyes under the ice in the headlamps, oh yeah don't forget the lakers but they can be kind of a pain in the a$$.
Keeps up like this, and I'll be on ice in a week. Last year it was the week after thanksgiving before we had any fishable ice, and thanksgiving the year before.

Mt.
The big lake is freezing over here. The ice fishing has started, about 3" of ice on smaller lakes. Set a record low of -9 the other night, now thats cool for Oct.!
Take care,
Brad
