I would like to get some opinions on the new Taildancers. It seems that to be a successful troller, you need to figure out what is working by presenting different styles and colors of lures at different depths. For example, I stock one of my tackle boxes with #5, #7 and #8 shad raps in silver/black, gold/black, silver/blue. I know(hopefully) that when I inventory my tackle box this spring and find that I am short on #5 and #7 in silver/blue, I can just order more to fill out my shad rap assortment. If the Taildancer series is limited, does it make sense to buy an assortment of them now if you might not be able to buy them next year? They are similar in shape to Wally Divers and the new Wally Minnow, so why wouldn't I stock these baits instead of the Taildancers?

Well at long last we were able to try these against the walley divers.last Friday a friend of mine and I went to the Ohio river and kinda tested them.To make a long story short we caught seven saugers and walleye and at the end dancers 4 and walley 3.Not much difference if you ask me for the extra money for dancers. But then this was just one trip in muddy cold water casting. But my box will be full of divers. good luck and tight lines...Pete
