Mounting Transducers...Help

I just purchased my first boat and need to mount a couple transducers to the transom. There are no holes in the transom and I would like to keep it that way if possible. I am a little nervous about drilling holes. What are my best options in mounting the transducers to the transom. Thank You.

Cabelas sells tranducer mounting plates in several sizes. This way you can experiment on the plastic plate instead of your transom.
