Anyone fish the tournament at Lake Hattie last weekend? Just wondering how the bite was. Had heard the Kokanee bite was hot prior to the tournament.

We went on Sunday. Nothing...real slow. Trout were the winners for every hour except one, a mack won that one. Saturday was dead opposite, just about all winners were macks, including the tournament winner, a 12#. And about three trout took the rest. Didn't hear anything about the Kokes. Watch that ice, open water in the middle and the ice in between had some holes that were hard to see.

Spotty fishing and spotty ice. One fishing partner did do well on kokes. We caught some decent rainbows and a few macks. Not sure I'd drive too far to do it again.
