View Full Version : Form B9F US Bankruptcy Court (OMC)
Recieved this form in the mail today. Cant really make heads or tails. Did anyone else get this mailed to them and should I take this to a lawyer to look at? Or just wait till I hear more? Been keeping an eye here on the Message Board. Seems like you guys keep up on this thing with OMC as good as the dealers. Keep up the good work! Russell
Got one of these myself today and can not make it out either. They had to be sent prior to approval by the court of current bid/buyout on Friday. Maybe just another lawyer trying to make a buck?
If you figure it out before February 28th as stated let us all know.
Me too. I got one and it doesnt make a bit of sence.

I got one in the mail today, maybe it means we have to help pay off omc's dept, if so i guess I can file like omc did...

Well now I don't feel alone. I thought it was just me because of all the correspondence I've had with OMC, dealer and Consumer Protection over the last two years on the problems I have been having with my 90 HP. It appears the consumer is the looser. There is no protection even if some CEO runs a good businees into the ground. I'm trying to be optomistic with the buy out. Wait and see attitude since there will not be any help from anyone else. Good luck to all
LOL guys, didnt figure I was alone. Im waiting for a new powerhead for my 225 FICHT. I like Hookmans way of thinking. :) Guess I'll go back to sharpening hooks and bitin my nails. Thanx! Russell
