Has anybody heard on the fishing ay Boysen? Haven't been out lately and was just wondering if it would worth a trip.

I haven't been there in awhile, but I heard it has been pretty slow for walleye's and they have been having better luck on the trout. There is suppose to be a derby Sat. & Sun at Pathfinder though.

Slow, bring a deck of cards and a lot of booze. It's so slow that I've been using 10" minnows to set off the tip-ups just to see the flags go up and feel a little struggle too. nothing at all like last year. Go to Ocean Lake at least you can catch enough there for a meal.

The trout are doing ok, they are as fat as I have ever seen. did catch 2 walleye approx. 2lbs. go up by the dam. fish in 20ft of water and use minnows and jig. not a lot of action but you should catch a few. There is soom bad ice by the outlet.

There is a derby at pathfinder feb. 8th and 9th.
