View Full Version : Ohio ATV Regulations ?

I've searched the Ohio Division of Wildlife web page for information regarding the use of ATV's on Ohio waters for ice fishing. I cannot locate anything regarding the use of them. Can anyone help or point to where in the site a fellow could read any and all regulations. Helmets, Registration, safety stickers, floatation requirements etc..Thanks in advance, sorry for not being a report.

Inland lakes controlled by the ODNR it is up to the park manager. For instance,they are allowed on Lake Milton State Park but not on Mosquito. However,The Army Corps of Engineers also have a say on Mosquito.Thier policy is no. Lake Erie is a navigable waterway and its allowed.
