As of January 2003 The Western Ohio Walleye Club has grown to 130 members with over 95% members
involved in our Western Ohio Walleye Circuit. Our tournament circuit is not only growing in members we are
also growing in sponsorship as well. As of January 2003 our circuit has $3000 in cash and prizes with more
to come.
Competitors must be members of the Western Ohio Walleye Club for all events except for our Cabela's open
at Indian Lake. Our tournament circuit is set up as two man team event. Each 6 qualifying events cost $80
per team with an optional $10 big fish pot and a two day championship tournament event cost $150 per
team with optional $10 big fish pot each day. Our circuit champions are decided by points earned by
accumulating points from best 4 of 6 Qualifying tournaments (200, 198, ect...) and Championship (500, 495,
ect…). We have an 80% payback and plaques for the top five for each tournament and plaques for the top
ten teams for the year decided by points.
Membership fees are $20 per person annually.
