Went to Shines to day and I was told that eyes are being taken out of E 72nd since Saunday. Black&Silver Huskies. Have been fishing Lorain this week but I will be there tomorow night. Has anyone fished Edgewater with success yet.

Good luck!!

Good seeing your catching fish already, thought with the cold winter we would have a slow start, I have to agree with you, last spring was bad from shore, did ok trolling, are there large schools of dead shad like last year floating near shore? going down tonight with my dad.
what do you think would be better Edge water or 72nd, I was thinking 72nd st. but if it's crowded I may move down to edgewater. I will post in the morning, good luck keep nailing them hogs.

Fished 72nd with my dad from 9:00 to 11:00, dad caught one 28" 9 lb.
on a fire tiger husky jerk, I fished black and silver, clown and blue and silver. didn't turn a fish, saw about 5-6 other fish landed around us, but was told wed,was a better night. it could have picked up after we left, all fish I saw caught were 8-10 lb. looks like it's time to start trolling I can't take all this casting!!!
