Ashtabula/Conneaut Perch

Anyone been out of Ashtabula or Conneaut for perch? or Walleye?

Hey Rick I called up to Snug Harbor bait store in Conneaut today and ask them the same question . They said not many people have been out cause of the weather but the perch should start hiting any day now. I am going to give it a try next Tues - Fri let me know how you do if you get out before me. PS they said they have minnows and the channel going out from the public boat launch is passable now.

I have been trying to get a perch report from ast/conny for 2 weeks, I have some reports of the smallie fishing at both conny and ast being fair. Im waiting to hear someones coolers full of perch so I can go and get some myself....i think as soon as the wind is right i will go and see for myself..i also had some reports from a bit west (fairport) that some perch were being taken. also cleveland .....wont be long...
