Minimum livewell size?

Is a 24 gallon livewell big enough for a small inland lake tournament? If no, what is a minimum? Are there good options to add like the freshwater pick up for while you're underway? Is timed re-circ enough? Thanks in advance to all who reply.

with the right length and a cooler day yes but longer walleye use more air and drown quickly if they cant suspend completely if tails are restricted could mean trouble.
