Lake of The Woods

Just got back from the Woods and fishing was fantastic.Been going up there for 7 years around the
same time and never experienced fishing like what we had.Stayed up at the angle and fished both MN.
and Canadien waters.We trolled spinners and leeches aand jigged for our fish.Already made our reservation for next year for the same time.Water was terribly low and had to watch ourselves.Seen a few boats being towed in.If you are thinking of going up to the Woods, be careful otherwise it could become costly with a new lower unit damaged.

We also just came back, where do you stay? We also had very good fishing one slow day?

We stayed at Youngs Bay at the angle.I couldn't believe the fishing.Caught our limit every day. Ate alot of fish for dinner.
Can't say when I had it better.

We were staying at Flag Island. Youngs bay is pretty nice and Rick and Pat are great people. It was great fishing.
Are you going up again anytime?
We are heading up in late July I think the 19th?
