I know you asked for Central Basin, but the Northeast corner of Kelly's in 45 fow east of the Big can has been real hot. All off the boats from the camp my place is in (5) had easy limits of fish to 12" and a few 13's on Saturday. I was out there last week and had 12 that 12-13" the rest were all over 9.5"
