Recently I had asked for your thoughts on what fishing pgms should / shouldn't do. I appreciate all the feedback that y'all posted ! I have another question regarding shows......is it important OR necessary to have a "underwater" camera ? In fact, what camera angles do you like OR would you like to see ?
Are fancy "titles" necessary or are just plain easy to read maps better ? Some pgm's tend to overdo the fancy effects, do you like these OR do they annoy you ?
Many Thanx &
Good Fishen

I think underwater shots of "eyes" following and striking baits is very good information. Showing structure and the way that fish relate to it would also be good underwater footage. Maps would be OK. The thing that alot of fishing shows tend to over do is how you can catch fish with a certain lure, why not show how they react to a different lure with the same presentation and some dialog (reasons) as to why they repond differently. Just my thoughts.....Jeff

I agree with Dutchman on showing what the fish are relating to underwater and how they react to different baits going through the area. One thing I don't think is necessary is a camera under the boat showing the fish up on the surface at the end of the fight, it does nothing for me. My favorite camera shot is watching a big musky or northern come into the picture and smack a top water lure, that is so cool catching that on tape. The best camera shot for this is above water, from the boat, watching the lure come in. In-Fisherman does this one to perfection.
