Any good info for Dunkirk? I know theres a school close by of smaller fish, but I don't keep em' anyway so I want the brutes, ya know. Taking my Dad out tomorrow and would like to get him a wall hanger, if he can keep his cookies down, he has troubles everytime we get on that puddle. I was told to head north to the Canadian border and Troll east with about 10 colors of lead, which required 4 new reels, I'm used to 4 colors and dipsys. If ya know somethin' closer I would appreciate it, thanks. BTW don't worry fellow KAWA anglers I'm not out for your spots, just a pig. I've got GPS cooridinates for a few top place finishers in the PWT, but I don't think old dad will make it that far. Thanks again. Jiggin5, nice job on the 26th spot. I hated to read about you wanting to troll more leadcore now, in the Spotlight. You can jig on Erie, can't you? I love leadcore, I just wish I could get consistent on the 'zoo with it. Well you better go and get some Daiwa 57s.

Drew fish, I fished as an amateur in the PWT so I was in the water too far for you but I had some friends up to Barcelona just fishing for fun. They stayed between Barcelona and Dunkirk every day and rarely went deeper than 80'. They got their limits most everyday and usually had at least one or two fish around 9#.

Drew..sorry I missed your post, been there for 2 days, could have gotten you on some closer fish. Have your dad take 2 ginger pills with breakfast before venturing out in the future. They really help.

Thought you would have been on Chautauqua prefishing. I heard the weed cutters have been tearing up the lake, that sure won't make for a trolling bite!
