A little free advice Jeremy (and advice is worth every penny you pay for it!) - Put it behind you. You keep concentrating on it and fighting it and you are more likely to lose. You've quit; you are not quitting!!!!
Been there, done that and was finally successful by getting over it.

You're over the worst part Jeremy. The first few days are the worst. Remember what my uncle told me sorta crossly, you can quit if "YOU" really want to! I been smoke free for 20+ years after that day. Keep it up! Russell
