Poll question,

I have come up with the idea of having a tournament super bowl of fishermen from the worlds best Bass fishermen competing against the worlds best walleye fishermen.

What this would entail is a huge sponsored tournament in a central location where both walleyes and bass (small/large mouth)
Exist in the same lake or river.

The tournament format would be a three day tournament in which all fishermen must weigh three walleyes and three bass per day.

Invitations for the tournament would go to walleye championship qualifiers from a variety of circuits and to championship qualifiers fishing a variety of bass circuits.

Potential first place prize could exceed in the high six figures.

What I am looking for is a simple YES or NO answer just to get an idea from tournament fishermen.

Thanks for your time,
T.J.Simon

I think that's been tried before.

I personally like the idea, if one can pull it off.

The MWC held this 'flavor' of event but it was a team format a few years ago on the Miss. Not sure why they stopped it.

Sounds like fun to me.

Sounds fun, just don't add the boat racing. Those bass guys are currently debating the merits of the fish/race format. It doesn't do it for me...

yes, i think a pro-am format would be interesting.
for example;a show-down with names like Gofron (walleye)and Van Damm (bass) now that would be a tournament!
