This last week I used this method and worked real, real well.
1. Catch a sheaphead or any other junk fish and hold on to it.
2. Take it home, clean the guts, then run the fish through a meat grinder. Grind the fish to a fine grade.
3. Make a ball out of the meat as big as you can hold with two hands, the bigger the better.
4. Place the meat ball into a netting; onion bags work perfect. When you tie the bag, leave a loop in the knot so you can tie a string to it.
5. Place the tied meat ball into a plastic bag an put it in the freezer if you're not gona use it right away.
6. When you go fishing remove the the plastic bag, tie the netting with a string (planer board string works great) and lower it in the water to the bottom, don't let it rest on the bottom; place it to the front of the boat so the water current washes the crums under your boat. Thawing the meat ball over night is a good idea.
7. Give it 10-15 minutes and you'll have alot of pearch under your boat. The fish crums will attract and keep minnows which in turn will bring all the pearch you want.
