Has anybody seen this chip and could you tell me how good the coverage is?

C-maps are for specific regions. I have a Winnebago and Green Bay area cartridges. They allow you to drill down to see more deatail or to drill up to show less cluter. It is a great map. I would guess that the C-map is the goal Navionics and others strive to meet.

I assume that you mean the "local" C-Map that covers the entire state of Wisconsin? I tested this last year and for the most part I really liked it. I used it on a number of different bodies of water and it was pretty accurate. Keep in mind that the "local" series of C-Maps don't offer any contour lines. Let me know if you have any questions.
