I fished last night with my brother-in-law and had no success. We trolled off E 72nd st. and used a variety of cranks and stick baits. 1.4 - 2.2 mph. The fish were there - I have never seen marks like that in my life. Just a ton of big marks surrounding the bait balls. I can't figure it out. There were so many fish in the water I figured I was bound to snag one on accident. The conditions were rough and the water was muddy. The weather bouy showed 1' waves but, we were battered by 3' waves most of the night. When these fish start eating it's going to be sick.

Tom,

Same story from last Monday, did you mark really heavy around the point or the areas protected by the wind? I am still in Connecticut but am flying home tonight and will be in Huron tomorrow. I lost my cell phone last night so call me on my wife's- 330-705-3798. Ryan and Gary and EZ Marc if you see this give me a shout also if you are on the water.

Brian:

I'm sure you'll read this before leaving in the morning. It's going to rain tomorrow but the winds don't look to bad. I'll be fishing out of Cleveland around 11:00 A.M. for perch. Good luck tomorrow for the eyes. I will be up late so give me a call when you get in.
