What do you think about this line and is it as tough as fireline?

Have used both the 10lb on a spinning reel and the 20lb on a baitcasting setup. The 10lb is very small, very strong and durable but has a tendency to twist real bad if you throw lures that spin without a swivel. The 20lb has been used mostly for trolling and throwing cranks and i have never had the line break (leader breaks first). Both lines have never worn weird or frayed. Only problem was after some use in the sun, that nice green line turns white. Guess no big deal if you use leaders or marking pens.
I have never used fireline and why would i, powerpro is cheaper and i have had no problems with it. I have heard that a lot of people have had problems with fireline though.
I have used the power pro since it came out, i also have used all of the super lines, as i sell all of what the customers ask for. i try anything that i sell, and i can give an honest opinion on the products. i have not taken any of my power pro off after i have put it on. it does lose a little color after a lot of use, but the color to me doesnt hook and hold the fish. they do have a new yellow line out this year, and i do have some of it now to try on some of my lines for sight fishing as well as the feel. i hope this answers some of your questions. to me it has held up better than anything that i have used so far, and that is under a lot of conditions, and over a period of time too. it does not bother any of the guides as some lines are supposed to do, (i have never detected any of them doing this myself) good luck and good fishin.

Power Pro is made of Spectra fibers, Fireline is microdyneema. The Spectra fiber lines will out last microdyneema line by probably 5 times or more. No comparison. Good luck.
