Indian lake is open , little bit of ice on the south side of Dream . Moundwood and Northfork are open . Moundwood is muddy with one heck of a current going thru . Tons of ducks and geese everywhere if you hunt waterfowl .
Last week I had 3"es of Ice on my Channel ... yesterday there was a 2' gap of open water with spinnin' shad to the Ice-cake down the center, with the lake on the rise.

We're going Sat if you want to meet up with us. Have you been doing well lately? I'm assuming moundwood will be ice free by Saturday.

Saturday is the first day of muzzleloading deer season , so if we get lucky we might be up there Sat. most likely Sunday morning in a boat .Give me a call or e-mail on how you do and the ice condition .

Moundwood is frozen over as of 12 noon today , it is open right at the docks and clearer than I have ever seen it . If it rains Sunday maybe MW will open up again .
