battery operated fish callers

Years ago my father had a small clear cylinder-type fish caller that had a light inside and it vibrated. He originally purchased this from a company called Herter's, and used it for many years fishing for perch and walleye on Lake St. Clair, the St. Clair River and the Detroit River. My father is now 74 years old, and I promised him that I would see if there is any such device still made. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
