Heard something about smile blade worm harnesses. Anybody able to tell me more about them. Will be used at Erie this year. Where can I get them and what colors do I need? Thanks Dan

Saw the new smile blades at Cabelas in Prairie DuChien on Monday. I would bet they are in their catalog somewhere... They did seem a little pricey $8 for a bunch of them. These were just the plastic blades - they may have premade harnesses too. Good luck, Chuckles

Go to your local tackle shop and ask if they can get them from on of their distributor's. Another option would be to have them contact me, and I can set them up with an account at the factory. Good Luck, and tight lines!

Good product, but made for a VERY slow presentation. I don't think you could make em work in any kind of power trolling situation. Finesse situations only. IMHO (or not so humble) Good luck

They also make a neat "cow bell" type thing,(can't remeber the name), or at least they used to. That does have a big time power trolling application. Good company with very interesting and innovative products.

Those things work great, Cha-Cha rigs or just riggin them up yourself just like a harness. Best colors for me have been Silver and Lime green, The big Smiles pull hard. Had some good luck on them last year behind boards.

The Smile Blades are like butterfly wings and weightless. They are used on a snell, with or without a stack bead. I like to drift them. The blade has a very unique side to side flutter. If you give it a little pump, the blade will even rise and then flutter back. BANG!! Dan, these lures are like any other, you've got to have all the colors available. Good fishing

Smile blades are a great slow down type presentation, they have a neat side to side shimmy even at really slow speed. I run mine with about 4-5 #4 beads, and they have saved the day for me lots of times. I like the silver, chart, and purple the best.
