Does anyone know where to go at port austin for walleye?

I'm not terribly familair with the eastern side of Saginaw Bay. I do know that Oak Point is a popular hot spot. It's also a relatively short run from Port Austin out to the charity islands and the steeples.
You might want to consider going out of Caseville. The charities are only about 8 miles out from there. They have a real nice launch also. The north side of big charity can get hot this time of the year.

the warm water blew out of pt austin and the fish went with it. fished there on wed thurs and the bait and the fish were not there try the inter bay where there is some warmer water
