I know this may sound crazy but I'm thinking about putting splash guards on my Ranger 620. Hadn't really thought about it until last Nov. on LBDN when my bow mount was down and I was forced to backtroll with the kicker into a 1-2 foot chop. I got soaked. Does anybody have splashguards on a 620 or have they seen them in use. If so, I would appreciate your comments.

Rick LaCourse has them and they work well.

Herrick Enterprises custom makes " Wave Wackers " for just
about any type of boat. Great people to do business with. I
broke one once by doing something dumb and they replaced it for free. Give Mike a call at 1-612-924-0931

I do not think Herricks have a model for that boat at this time.
(sorry if I am wrong here, Mike!)
But I believe Walleye Masters makes some.
They are at Miltona, Mn.

I own Rick's 2001 Ranger and he never had any wackers on the boat as far as I know. No holes in the transom that would indicate that and I fished with him several times out of the boat before buying it.
