Saginaw Bay in the Fall

It's early but I'm planning on fishing the bay this fall. Just wondering how the bay is for fishing. Whether to fish the inside or out. Generally, I'm fishing out of Monroe in fall (Nov) but, I want to try the bay, Thanks for any info.

muckett - Fall fishing on the Bay meens trolling or casting around the mouth of the Saginaw River. The fish begin to stage off the River as early as September, and lasts right up to ice-up. Bob WC#253.
