Fished the 32.5 /12.5 lines for perch today. Nothing fast, but had a nice grade with six over 12". Took 4 tickets in all. Nice day for mid-Oct. If you get a chance, give it a try. Not many nice days like this left. Ray "Erie Therapy"

Ray, Thanks for the update. I was thinking of giving you a call. I went out of the Avon Lake ramp in a small boat on Tuesday and Wednesday after work and fished in 46 feet of water off of Avon Point. Two of us limited in less than two hours with some real big perch coming on Tuesday. Wednesday it was mostly just nice fish but very little sorting was required like has been the problem all year in Lorain. Doesn't really matter now since we'll be starting all over again after this weekend's gale. Hope to see you out there before the end of the year. Rich___

Hi Rich.....I plan on fishing Fri/Sat/Sun the last 2 weekends in Oct. before I pull the boat. Fri. 10/22 is my last charter for the year. If you want to go out one of those other days, send me your phone # in an email to rlrvargo@centurytel.net My game plan all days is to get the perch 1st thing and then switch over for the gators. Too bad this weekend is a total waste. Last post on Lake Vision says 10'-13' for Fri. night. Ray "Erie Therapy"

Howdy, Ray
Yep, This weekend looks like a wash. I'll be heading up next weekend to drag my boat back home and hopefully get the last Hoorah in for the season. I tell ya, you really got me excited talking about the steelhead and I can't wait for next July to give it a shot. :)

Good Luck and be safe...See Ya! :)
