Hello all, I was wondering if you could give me a couple sugestions for a ultralite rod and reel to look at. I guess so far my 2 main choices are a Qauntum rod a Okuma ultralite reel. Ive also seen a diawa combo that looked alright. Im open to any suggestions

I've heard of some people using a rod called a Bionic blade.???
Personally I've been using a rod I found 10 years ago called a Bingo Bug Amazing Ultralite, with a Diawa EL 500 H reel. I use it for all types of warm water fish. I regularly fight crappies to smallmouth on the rod and have even fought a fiesty 10+ pound buffalo carp without any adverse effects to the rod or reel.
