How does the ice look in the area around the Bessie plant? We are hoping to make a run over from WI around the end of Feb. Any information is appreciated.

You may have to bring your boat. No ice anywhere that I know of. Even the ponds are thawed and muddy.

No ice to be had anywhere right now. However, there is a big cooling trend starting tonight and many of us have our fingers crossed that it will last for a good long while and give us some good ice just in time for the good late February/early March fishing.
