Surface temp was 42 degs last night. What else would you like to know?

IMHO, the action has been slow but consistant. There have been a few hens over the 10 lb range caught still full of eggs. As long as the temps remain warm things should pop shortly.

fish shallow water in the morning when there are less boats and go deep after that. The northern half of the river is holding bigger walleye. Prefished for the tournement on friday just south and west of mud in 30 ft of water and weights 5 fish totaling somwhere in the low 40 pound range. good luck. riverman.
