Went out of Hotwaters this morning. Started off slow with only throwbacks close in, then went out approx 2 1/2 miles and hit them steady. Not up and down, but steady. Ended up with three tickets in 4 1/2 hours. The lake was a sheet of glass till about noon. Most of the perchers gave up before then. There was only one other boat in sight.
No one was talking walleye on the radio. We ended up with some really nice perch.
