Pymatuning....report...kinda...

Well if you enjoy just floating around i guess head to pymatuning...I fished for 3 days thursday-saturday and only managed 3 keeper walleyes and 6 throw backs. All of the fish were caught in the weed beds around snodgrass in like 5' of water on jigs and worms...

All the throw backs were not even close to keeper size only like 10 or 12 inch fish...But all the keeper fish were over 20in with the biggest being 22" nothing too exciting all the fish were caught between 430-7pm each day...mornings and afternoons were a real snore

i didnt even bother fishin sunday morn due to the previous days...hope some1 else had better luck...

tom is up there now pulling lead,,im sure he'll have a nice report,,he usually gets on them good.

I tried pulling lead and tots too for hours in all different depths of water really covered alot of ground...tried all differnt colors and speeds...still couldnt get em to hit...alot of guys i talked to had similar results as me...good thing i fished later on in the day or my trip may have seemed much worse....

Im thinkin bout taking up sailing in the spring...lol
Either way...Off to Erie...

hey tom talked to LCL friday before he left,,,said the amish are really putting a hurtin' on the walleye,,,,black and silver tots,,,i believe 19fow,,,,im leaving thursday to go up,,stating thursday-monday.
