It is worth going as long as you don't expect to catch 20 walleye's a day. My son and I have been catching 5-9 keepers each outing with maybe 2 or 3 throwvacks. But it seems you have to work for them. We have been doing good in shallow water. 3-6 feet.

have to agree with jakeye, you have to work for them, but i wouldn,t pass up deeper water either it seems they are real shallow or deep, but the fish are there they just arn,t jumping in the boat, good luck.

george, never made it on the water, yes i did just not to fish, i took a guy out on my pontoon to show him how to use everything as he was buying it from me, so i spent all day saturday selling the boat and the rest of the weekend doing golf cart repairs, i,m going up friday but as of right now i have 5 carts to work on but i should be able to get out at least 5 hours somewhere, i have to figure what parts i need for the golf carts and get everything ordered, thank god most are brake related but i have one electric that isn,t charging and one i have to install lights on.........i,ll be busy but i,ll find time to fish, cripes i forgot about the clutch belt i have to put on also.
