Can anyone give me the details on how the bite is in the Gettysburg area. Thinking of heading out this weekend.

Have a friend heading out there this weekend as well and he told me that the bite is really good right now.

My wife and I are heading up also. One of the Mobridge area websites is reporting very high boat pressure,.....1-2 hrs wait to launch the boat. Hopefully thats an exageration. Sounds like the pressure has been quite heavy over the past 3-4 weeks. We're leaving late friday night, early saturday morning.

We were at Gettysburg two weeks ago. Launched out of Bob's. We had no problems getting on or off the water and fishing was fantastic. I know everyone want to run up and down the river to get the " secret spot " but we ideled accross from the launch and caught all the 14 -20" walleyes we wanted within sight of our truck.
