Would like to know if a C-Map of the Detroit River M NA B104
shows detail of Canadian water or should I get the Navionics old version US599S16 for my LMS160 and upgrade when formats are ready? Now the US278508 is not avail. for Lowrance units.

Dont feel you need either just get a fishing hot spots and look for the boats

LAST EDITED ON Mar-02-01 AT 06:43PM (CST)[p]Navionics software will be ready later than needed. Newest version still needs reformatting for lowrance units. It pays to have good mapping software in a tournament. Only 1 line per angler on the Canadian side. 2 lures, 4 hooks. 2 hooks per lure.
It pays to know where the border is. Its big water and I was there in 1999 blew out of southeast all day 20-30 mph. last day of tournament. I expect a jig bite. But if its dirty cranks will rule. I'm ready for both. Have a C-Map now will wait till software is ready. Called C-Map, good people there.
