Went out about 8 miles straight north of the harbor, first tried for perch, but struggled to find both numbers and biting perch. So about noon, we switch to the walleye, and glad we did. got a 3 man limit in about 3 hours, the walleye were just outside the perch packs in about 69-72 ft of water. We were trolling all worm harnesses in a verity of colors, the best depth seemed to be around 40ft, we were slow trolling around 1.2-1.8 mph. still lots of biting fish up there, go get them
