Just wanted to let you all know that the bite is on in Manitou Rapids, caught over 25 walleye on Friday over 26 inches. I have a boat launch here just above the rapids here. Let me know when your coming up, put you on some big fish.

Thanks for the awesome news! I keep promising myself that someday, I am going to go fish that fall bite or the early ice out spring bite. I frequent the Clementson web site for updates. Unfortunately, I never get there but do get up to Baudette to ice fish every January. Keep the reports coming! One of these days . . .

Is that a public ramp or private? I know that I saw a flyer a couple of years ago about the county possibly putting one in by that area but I have not heard if it is a go. Thanks for the report, leaving tommorrow.

Actually the boat laucnh I'm talking about is in Onatrio side of the border. But I do see people using the launch under the park there.
