I am aware of a good opportunity in NW Ohio - an OEM application for specialized equipment. My only interest is helping this long time customer get up to speed on deep cycle battery technology - I'm not looking for any cut of this (actually, new batteries for my boat wouldn't kill me - as a finders :-) fee?). These are good folks and their equipment is sold worldwide.
Probably two models would be of interest. They would offer the cheapo as a bid-winner and then offer the option/try to up-sell to the higher end. As with everything around this particular application, performance counts.
I'm hoping to hear from a high integrity individual - preferably at the RSM level or higher or local to NW Ohio - who can educate me. I will then pass you on to these folks. There are other similar manufacturers around the country for the same type equipment.
I need to learn what makes a battery durable and long lasting.
