IM HEADING UP SATURDAY THE 18TH UNTILL SUNDAY NIGHT, WANTED TO POSSIBLE GET INTO SOME EARLY WALLEYE FISHING,,,ANYWHERE BUT THE SPILLWAY. I DROVE BY LAST WEEKEND HAD TO BE AT LEAST 5 CARS AT ANY GIVIN TIME, LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO CAST FROM SHORE ON THE PA SIDE,NO WADERS EITHER AS OF YET, ALSO WHAT TYPE OF LURES SHOULD I BRING FOR THIS ADVENTURE,LOL,,,,THANKS GUYS

try that breakwall they put in last year at the causeway on the PA side, we fished there a few times last fall just throwing rapalas and did well on the eyes and crappie, you don,t need any waders and theres a ton of room to hit different areas and not a lot of people fishing there either, its the rocky wall they just put in where all the pontoons are docked during the summer, only thing is i have no idea what its like fishing wise this early as we have only been there in fall but if i were going now i think i would try a jig and minnie, if this helps i was there this past weekend and there were quite a few people fishing the causeway from both sides of it........i saw people fishing as late as 10 pm when i was returning from dinner and it looked like they were there for the night.
