Went Fishing today on the river a buddy and I snagged 2 and released, wish I could say the same for others. Anyways We fished Orleans to the Maumee bridge 2 fish 6 hours of fishing ----Water conditions cloudy and cold it needs to warm up before the hot bite starts!!! I was very disappointed in Perrysburg not having the docks in at the launch. They like the revenue the fisherman bring at least they could prepare for us and have it set up. It was very difficult to launch and load the boat for myself and others. i would also like to see the launch improved at Orleans park, its ok now but when the level drops u cant even really use it-----If these issues are important to u contact Perrysburg Ohio Chamber of Commerce and let them know ur opinion---------Tight Lines LazyEye1 Mike

We were out there on the 18th & 19th and did pretty good, we brought in 30 fish, but could only keep 9 nine due to foul hooking. We tried Orleans Park first, too many snags then made our way to Bluegrass Island (by canoe) and did really well, Carolina rigs worked best although we had some success with 1/2 oz. jig heads.

85%to 90% of the walleye spawn in the lake and they are biting now so there is nothing to wait for. I can catch them in the lake without any problems can't seem to figure the rivers out good luck too everyone this spring. Hope the weather stays nice

Hope to get out Thurs or Friday cause Saturday I have to go to Florida for work (Dammit)---I will not be back till the following Friday----Driving a big truck down there hauling a Matrix load to Fortlauderdale.

Tight Lines and remember snagged fish are unfair illegal fish!!!
