Anyone have anything to report?

Good luck!
If you don't mind and have the time could you post a report tomorrow?
Just weighing my options for the weekend.

When Capt Nick states: "North is tuff, didnt see one fish landed one all morning not big just about a 4 pound female full of eggs i heard down in trenton fishing was better."
Translation into genuine report: North is on fire, saw fish caught all morning, including some real pigs and a 12 pounder. Fishing in Trenton is slow.

Well if I had to rescind my original thoughts of FLW weights I would. I fished hard today and got skunked. I spoke to a few that had a couple, but spoke to many who had nothing.
Back at it tomorrow.

Has anyone fished further upriver? Launching from windmill pointe on Sat. wanted to figure out my options. I feel I may have to take a drive downriver. Caught about 40 or so jumbo pech at the corner of the last peir of the river were it turns into lake St. Clair. Can't wait for the marble eyes to start their run.

Ah yes, I'm reminded of what my grandfather used to say:
"That why they call it fishing, not catching!"

yah, I believe so. The last wall on the U.S. side. I was there yesterday, they started dregging the harbor, which disruptedd the spawn a little. I think the perch moved into the river.
